Food and Nutrition

The Food and Nutrtion course enables students to develop their skills in planning, preparation and serving food with a focus on making informed decisions to enhance their every day lives.

Hospitality and Catering (HAC)

The Hospitality and Catering programme provides an advanced level of practical and theoretical aspects of food preparation and service in the hospitality industry, providing excellent career pathways for both full time and part time employment opportunities in hotel kitchens, restaurant, fast food outlets, delicatessen, clubs and commercial catering.


Textiles

Textiles Technology enables students to develop, understanding and skills to be creative,
explore functional and aesthetic aspects of textiles and produce textile items.


Early Childhood Education

In this course students are introduced to education and care of young children in an early childhood setting. It also fosters student interest in Early Childhood Education.

Hard Materials Technology

Designing and making a solution to a problem by cutting, shaping and joining resistant (hard) materials.


Graphics

Presenting solutions to given design problems using varied graphical techniques.


Engineering

Applying basic shaping and joining techniques used in many engineering industries to make small metal projects.



Elementary Construction Studies (ECS)

Applying basic carpentry skills and techniques used in the construction industry to build small projects.
